The photograph analyzed here (ESP_026479_2325) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 20 March 2012 and is described as ‘Rocky Ground East of Lyot Crater.’
Here I feature anomalies I discovered at a new site North of Dioscuria in a region of Mars called Protonilus Mensae. The anomalies are diverse and include various blocks with protrusions/knobs on them (mostly in their centers), small objects arranged in geometric/symmetrical patterns as well as megalithic blocks/slabs.
Here I also present my hypothesis that the small objects arranged in geometric/symmetrical patterns might represent elements (star signs) found in the Summer Triangle Asterism (with Lyra, Cygnus, Altair, Vega and Deneb). Might it be possible that an ancient megalithic civilization that once thrived on Mars had links to the Summer Triangle Asterism?
My hypothesis is based In the a similar way to the hypothesis that the three pyramids in Cairo are aligned to Orion’s Belt (could they be aligned to Lyra or Cygnus instead?).
As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.
