The photographs analyzed here (PSP_007769_9010_IRB and PSP_007769_9015_RED) were acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 23 March 2008 within 10 minutes of each other.
Here I feature a 3D render I created of, what I speculate, is a huge monolith on Phobos, one of the moons of Mars. It measures approximately 20 metres in width and seems to be embedded on the side of a mound. Why is this monolith on Phobos? Could it be a monument or derelict outpost? Buss Aldrin (Apollo 11 astronaut) also mentioned this monolith on Phobos in an interview a few years ago. Could he be blowing the whistle or is he also just speculating?
As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.
