The photograph analyzed here was taken by the Perseverance Rover WATSON Camera on 21 September 2022 (Sol 564) at the local mean solar time of 14:02:08.
Here I feature an that looks like a cylindrical pipe, almost like a copper pipe with the ends pinched closed (also it looks like a spent bullet cartridge, not that it is). I estimate this object to be about 8 cm long.
As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.
