Freaky Geology and or Intelligent Design found on Mars?

This photograph (ESP_052893_1835) was taken by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) HiRISE Camera on 07 November 2017.

NASA describes this photograph as “The Fault in Our Mars.”

I discovered some more strange geological anomalies in this HiRISE photo, these include what look like pyramids/monuments, a strange circular structure, a long narrow object/wall, possibly an underground entrance-way and rows of triangular shaped objects.

Pure speculation as always, these anomalies look like something unnatural and are not specifically something unnatural.
