The photograph analyzed here (NRB_449790582EDR_F0310000NCAM00262M_) was acquired by NASA’s Mars rover Curiosity on 2014-04-03 10:00:03 UTC and is described as ‘Sol 589: Right Navigation Camera.’
Here I feature an anomaly that appears very bright in nature. NASA offers some inconclusive explanations regarding this anomaly (article in links below). According to NASA this object is about 160 metres from the rover making it a relatively large object. Could this be some type of unidentified technology – perhaps something that flew past the rover?

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.
