The photograph analyzed here (ESP_033340_1385) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 06 September 2013 and is described as ‘Complex Dunes in Thaumasia Region.’
Featured here is an anomaly on Mars that looks similar to the Baltic Sea Anomaly found here on Earth. The object on Mars measures approximately 9 metres in length and its shape resembles that of the Baltic Sea Anomaly which measures about 60 metres across. I’m not saying this is the same type of anomaly, I’m just saying its shape in intriguing.
This site is located in Ogygis Regio in a region of Mars called Argyre Planitia.
As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.
