Anomalies Spotted West of Kuiper on Mars

The photograph analyzed here (PSP_005205_1230) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 06 September 2007 and is described as ‘Terra Sirenum Crater Interior.’

Here I feature anomalies I discovered at a new site West of Kuiper in a region of Mars called Terra Cimmeria. The anomalies are diverse and include a dome/shell shaped object and various blocks with protrusions/knobs on them. There are also large objects arranged in a rectangular shape, almost like the foundations of a structure.

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.

ROVER CURIOSITY “Termite Mound”-Like Anomaly Photographed on Sol 3531

The photograph analyzed here was taken by the Left Navigation Camera onboard NASA’s Mars rover Curiosity on Sol 3531 (2022-07-13 08:11:40 UTC).

The anomaly featured here looks like a possible termite/ant mound about a half a metre to one metre across. The surface indicates the material may have been very muddy at the time the object formed as well as signs of erosion on the sides of the object. It appears very similar to termite mounds found here on Earth.

This also looks like dinosaur poop/coprolite, not that it is.

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.

REVISITED Relics Spotted South of Kaiser on Mars (New Anomalies Found)

The photograph analyzed here (ESP_020797_1280) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 03 January 2011 and is described as ‘Active Gullies on Martian Sand Dunes.’

A few years ago I featured anomalies I found in ESP_023632_1275 taken by the MRO on 11 August 2011. Here I feature additional anomalies of the same site in a photograph taken by the MRO a few months earlier. There is a huge dune field at this site and it seemed to have move revealing more anomalies.

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.

Strange Desolate Object Discovered on Edge of Thyles Montes on Mars

The photograph analyzed here (ESP_074267_1105) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 31 May 2022 and is described as ‘USGS Dune Database Entry Number 1186-691.’

Here I feature a u-shaped/horseshoe-shaped object measuring approximately 10 metres across. There appears to be a long straight dark streak/trench to the side of the object.

Could this be a craft which came in at a very low angle trajectory crashing in to the surface leaving a dark trench or could this be a vent-type structure which vented a dark material onto the surface?

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.

UPDATE | ROVER CURIOSITY Stone Slab-Like Anomaly with “Bushman (San)”-Type Painting (Sol 3522)

The photographs analyzed here was taken by Mast Camera (Mastcam) onboard NASA’s Mars rover Curiosity on Sol 3522 at around 2022-07-03 17:12:30 UTC.

The main anomaly featured here looks like a stone slab/block similar to those found at Puma Punku (Bolivia, South America) with what looks like a “Bushman (San)”-Type Painting on one side. The Bushman (San) people are resident to South Africa and have a rich culture and history. Will Farrar discovered a similar slab/block in another Rover Curiosity photograph taken on Sol 618.

Other anomalies scattered about around this stone slab look like sheet metal and possible piping.

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.

ROVER CURIOSITY Stone Slab-Like Anomaly with “Bushman (San)”-Type Painting (Sol 3520)

The photographs analyzed here was taken by Mast Camera (Mastcam) onboard NASA’s Mars rover Curiosity on Sol 3520 at around 2022-07-01 20:33:08 UTC.

Other anomalies scattered about around this stone slab look like sheet metal and possible piping. There is also a strange area on the side of the hill which looks like a hole that is covered and a rectangular slot next to it (more possible entranceways?).

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.

ROVER CURIOSITY “Outpost” Structure-Like Anomaly Spotted on Sol 3517

The photograph analyzed here was taken by Mast Camera (Mastcam) onboard NASA’s Mars rover Curiosity on Sol 3417 (2022-06-28 18:38:54 UTC).

The anomaly featured here looks like a possible outpost, blockhouse, pillbox or outpost. There are four, possibly five, similar rectangular openings in this mound next to each other. There also appears to be a bracing part at the bottom of these running along the entire width.

Could we be looking at an ancient structures here?

PERSEVERANCE ROVER Spots Gold/Copper Net/Mesh-Like Object (Sol 477)

The photograph analyzed here was taken by Perseverance Rover on 23 June 2022 (Sol 477) at the local mean solar time of 09:48:27.

Here I feature an item that is totally out-of-place; it looks almost like a piece of hessian or mesh gold or copper in colour. I estimate this piece to be about three inches long. Is this just another piece of the rover or landing gear?

3D RENDER Similar Possible Saucer-Shaped Objects Found on Mars

The photographs analyzed here (PSP_007740_2250) was taken by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 21 March 2008 and is described as ‘Crater in Scalloped and Pitted Terrain in Utopia Planitia’ and the other (ESP_014166_1820) was taken by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 04 August 2009 and is described as ‘Possible Layering in Block Material in Hydraotes Chaos.’

Here I feature a 3D render I created of two similar anomalies, the one I discovered is at a site in Hydraotes Chaos, the other my friend Saturn Ark discovered at a site in Utopia Planitia. The shape, size and geometry of each is virtually identical. Both objects measure approximately 9 metres in diameter.

Could these objects be crashed craft, wreckage, machinery or structures?

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.

PERSEVERANCE ROVER Strange Geometric Pattern Spotted on Object Sol 467

The photograph analyzed here was taken by Perseverance Rover on 13 June 2022 (Sol 467) at the local mean solar time of 10:05:17.

Here I feature an item that is totally out-of-place due to it’s colour and the strange geometric pattern on its surface. The pattern consists of multiple dark spots in parallel rows spaces equally apart. Was the geometric pattern created by the rovers laser and/or is this just a natural occurrence on a random boulder/rock?
